Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency provides wraparound services to residents of Wayne County and Detroit. As the primary Graphic Designer of this organization, I must focus my attention on accessibility through clear concise language and supporting visuals.

This animated segment was hand-drawn and brought to life with Adobe After Effects. Along with After Effects, I also have some video editing experience on Adobe Premiere Pro from an associate position at WBGU TV when I was attending BGSU. I have a personal interest in media production, theory, and history, and that interest gives me drive with these kinds of projects. Multimedia literacy improves all things! And in this case, the improvement was saving the Agency $4500 by providing my in-house expertise.

These trifold brochures, alongside our general flyers and postcards are crucial to continually and consistently
presenting what we offer to the community. They are the most used printed materials at community outreach
events as well as in Wayne Metro service centers.

Part of the challenge with this position is keeping track of the many varieties of services and groups. Certain programs are partnered with certain organizations, and our programming structure is complex due to the many moving parts of community action.
